Initiated in 2021, Soma Homes is comprised of Sam Gordon and Will Mentor who bring a combined 20 years of expert experience in all facets of the real estate development, finance, and brokerage industry. Soma Homes is hyper focused on land acquisition, entitlement, development and sell out of for-sale multi and single-family product. Serving the greater Puget Sound, Sam and Will share an ethos to build sustainable, attainable, and quality product that the end user is proud to call home.
